Brain fog, confusion, paranoia, anxiety, pins-and-needles in the fingers and toes, dizziness, loss of directionality in hearing, loss of balance, loss of muscle (fine and large) control, schizophrenia, just to name a few...

I'll throw in restless leg syndrome and Trigeminal Neuralgia - a condition all on its own, but that is arguably a sign of B12 deficiency, just not so common.
