I hope you like this, I found it after following a link from a member on Thyroid UK (spareribs) for a thyroid video which was rather good.

This video encapsulates a lot of the research I have read, in a simple yet informative way.

Please look at the green diagram at the very end of the video - it is really useful and if I knew how to grab it and print it off I would - and beat my doc about the head with it

Generally a spray seems to last me about 3 weeks at the rate of 3x2 squirts per day - which was certainly right for getting me back to 'normal'. Had injection on Weds so have eased off a lot but still using a bit ... but think that is more just for the boost as couple of really heavy weeks at work ... and didn't sleep very well last night because of a storm and resulting need to rescue a series of screaming frogs from the uninvited attentions of my two cats ... still Saturday so I can have a lie-in tomorrow.

Hope you find something that really works for you soon. Everyone seems to be different and what works for me won't necessarily work for others. I also have some phials and needles as that would probably work out cheaper but think I'll always end up with a mixture of the two.
