tingling and numbness

I get a tingling and numbness in my leg and arm at night and wake up with it. When I walk around it goes, except for my foot which remains numb and tingling.

Does anyone else experience this?

Yes, just the foot though. Similar to what you describe, mine goes when I get up in the morning.
