shortness of breath and Parkinson's offs

is there anyone out there that becomes short of breath when meds arnt working well .. if so any advise on whats best to do .. cheers

Another thread has been started in the last couple of days and i have read earlier ones too. It seems quite a widespread concern. There is very little info for patients about this problem.

I do breathing exercises. Controlled breathing. In for 4 counts, hold 4, out 4, hold4, repeat. On in think and say a mantra that is good for you and on out say and think Parkinson out or whatever negative stuff

I get a tightness in my chest which is a bit painful. The only way to fix it is to lie down and do deep breathing exercises from the bottom of my stomach. It hurts at first, but after about 10 of these the symptoms clear. I shallow breathe when I get stressed.
