I agree but then I am just thankful sometimes because it could be worse.

It's our memory of life before pd and those good days in the shadow of pd (or not so bad days) that feels so bittersweet.

chrismw, I recently attended a PD support group meeting. The guest speaker gave a presentation on LSVT BIG AND LSVT LOUD. Afterwards, a testimonial was given by a patient who had completed both therapy programs. It was quite impressive and interesting. It made a big difference in the quality of his life. This person had also had DBS surgery too. If you go to youtube.com, you can search for LSVT BIG & LSVT LOUD to watch the videos.

I started this LSVT BIG therapy last Monday. It is very intensive but I am hopeful it is going to help. I will try to keep everyone posted on my progress. I go 4 days a week for 1 hour for 8 weeks,then I also have to do it t home.
