Why do you think you will run out? Can you have it delivered to your home? Most doctors will help you get your meds. I would definitely discuss this with your doctor first.
Stuck abroad and local pharmacy can’t supply.
When my insurance no longer paid for Rasagiline, I was told to just stop it and start Selegilene, no need to taper. I felt awful, almost flu-like for about a week.
Do it as gradually as possible, and only if you have to.
Neurologist assistance/advice is necessary.
