Isothiocyanates can reduce neuroinflammation by activating Nrf2 - a protein that regulates antioxidant defenses. Isothiocyanates such as sulforaphane can be obtained from the diet from cruciferous vegetables. Broccoli sprouts are a concentrated source of sulforaphane.

Looks like you were way ahead having posted this last February ! It's now a hot item. I have been doing DrPatrick's protocol since 11/4 and will give it 1 month...it is a very strong drink.
