After 35 days of GJ testing, I'm now up to 250ml of GJ first thing in the morning and have no more the rest of the day...
My "ON" time after the first dose of the day has gone from 3.5 hours to 5.0 hrs, 2nd dose of the day has gone from 3.5hrs to 4.5hrs, third and fourth doses of the day report the same "ON" time increases, about 3.5 to 4.5 hrs.
NOTE: After the first week of testing, I increased the GJ from 100ml to 250ml each morning and decreased the C/L from 250mg four times a day down to 200mg four times a day and lost all "ON" time increases reported above.
Just going to keep drinking the GJ and thank God and Wriga for the substantial "ON" time increases I have experienced.
Praise the Lord Jesus Christ!!!!!

But don't praise me, I'm just happy to have stumbled on what I can now call "The levodopa half-life anomaly". It was not rocket science to resolve it and should have been done 30 years ago.
Have you noticed any qualitative changes in other symptoms : dyskinesia, dystonia, energy levels, dreams, sleep, pain etc. ?
You seem to be on a very high total dose of levodopa, 4 x 250 = 1000 mg/ day and you reported loss of on-time when you cut to 4 x 200 after the first week on 100 mg of GJ.
You probably were too optimistic and acted too soon in the process. GJ inhibition of CYP3A4 in the liver is a process, it takes time to stabilise and it is not linear.
Now that you are stabilised on 250 ml GJ, I suggest that you try again to reduce the levodopa dose.
Sure. He is still drinking GJ, 4 hours away from his thyroid meds. Our pharmacist recommended NO GJ at all. I have read though that if you ingest it at least 4 hours away from your thyroid meds, there is no problem.
If i recall thats a BP med,,, ive been taking Propanolol for BP for 5 years, have no probs with that interaction, talk to your doc about maybe switching to different med...
Thanks for posting, Weapon. I appreciate the update. I've been drinking 100ml of GJ a day for 11 days. I've noticed no changes other than maybe sleeping longer. I might go up to 200 in a few days.
