Sorry I just noticed that your message said he is using the Mannitol Balance product - but what amounts?

Depends on your weight. 1 table spoon at breakfast (with coffee) and probably another's worth throughout the day for me. I think it helps.

2 tsp in his morning tea, plus 2/3 tsp during the day or at night.

Has anybody else had good results with Mannitol?

Me for one. It is very well worth trying for a couple of months. It is a natural product (though you have to eat it in somewhat unnatural quantities - you could just eat 2 kilos of cauliflower a day for the same effect ;-) )

Thanks for the info. My neuro said it lowers blood pressure and mine is already low. Any thoughts on blood pressure with mannitol.

It is used in the medical profession to lower inner ocular (eye) pressure and intracranial (head) pressure among some other uses so, yes. Please check Pub Med’s, “Hemodynamic changes after administration of mannitol measured by a noninvasive cardiac output monitor.” Hope this helps. :)

I'm with you on this one. WHERE DO WE GET IT?

If you are still living in South Efrica - you will have to google it: thebuyersguide.co.za/suppli...

You may have to pretend you are a chewing gum manufacturer ;-)

If you are in the UK Blackburn distributions are good.

Not sure about Mannitol Balance vs normal Mannitol. Suspect there isn't enough of a difference to matter to Parkies.

Those of you who take or have tried mannitol, please chime in on suppliers -- if this a good one or are there other reliable suppliers. Price seems similar to suppliers I see on Amazon (NuSci, Bulk Supplements)

There are different type of Mannitol , the composition and flowchart of manufacturing process different between each powder(we did some research before)

Beside Mannitol Balance it's the same exact type of Mannitol that the professors used in that study.

One bag (3lb) remains us for 2.5/3 months

Please share a link for the assay. I am starting to feel like you are trying to sell this. Someone else in this thread asked for other sources and I responded.

I responded initially to Rebtar's request for other sources. I hadn't watched the video. Now that I have, it is clearly an advertisement for Mannitol Balance. David1972, I would be interested to read anything that backs that up your claim that it is different/better.
