Bravo! Having traveled alongside my husband in his journey with PD these last 13 years, I agree that how and what you eat plays a major role in how your body functions and how you feel! Any more recent update from Trevor?

Root vegetables are low in lectin. They are very healthy to eat for PD. Lectin avoidance diet is what I am doing. I will let you know what happens.
