Hi hope everyone is doing ok or as best as they can .. just thought I would drop a line to let you know I doing ok doctor was out to me yesterday just to check up on me make sure I was ok after my fall and iv got breast clinic on Monday finger crossed with that my pd has been bad and my head is like church Hill the dog lol had to have my b12 injection this morning and oh boy they sting that's me worn out was hoping for a run round the park but think I might leave that for tomorrow maybe and just go and listen to some 🎶have a great day my friend and keep that smile xxx
