Went to Amsterdam a few months ago. I don't ride as much because of close and intentional close calls with cars. No hills in Amsterdam that is why they can ride single or 3 speed bikes.

There are hills here and i need all 10 speeds some times.

Going to collect my trike today. Hope it gives more independence and makes me feel less house bound.
