Bach's Rescue Remedy spray seems to help

I have been trying the Bach's rescue spray for several days and I think it helps. I have been experiencing anxiety then depression as my levodopa wears off. Sometimes this is much more disconcerting than the physical symptoms. Occasionally I don't seem to recover the rest of the day.

I have tried the spray 1 hour before the next dose of levodopa is due and though it's subtle it seems to smooth out my declining mood. Anxiety doesn't increase and depressive feelings likewise seem lessened. Maybe it's all in my head... it is all in my head.. but there doesn't appear to be any side effects and it is not expensive.

I am going to try this as you say 1 hour before meds are due and see what happens. If it reduces my stress levels, it can only be good.

I found it in a health and nutrition store in Tucson AZ. I think it was $14. The clerk said it moves quickly. Google Bach's Recovery Remedy.

The dilutions of flower material are known are Bach flower remedies. These were initially introduced by an English Pathologist, bacteriologist and homeopath, Edward Bach in 1930. The study derived from a belief that the dew that originates on flower petals possesses healing properties of the plant. The remedies are intended mainly for spiritual and emotional conditions that include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, stress and insomnia.

The remedies usually consist of a very small amount of flower material in a 50 percent solution of water and brandy. The remedies usually do not have any specific taste or scent of the plant because they are extremely diluted. Moreover, it is claimed that these remedies contain “vibrational” or “energetic” nature of the flower which can later be passed on to the user. The concept of “water memory” operates behind the vibrational medicines of Bach flower remedies. These remedies are also considered as homeopathic treatment because of excessive dilution in water. However, the fact is that these cannot be labeled as homeopathic because they do not follow other homeopathic perceptions such as the law of similar or the faith in curative powers.

Bach flower remedies can be used in conjunction with other remedies or can be used alone. Each flower is thought to possess particular qualities to add effectiveness to the remedy. Bach flower remedies are usually used orally and are also applicable on domesticated pets.

These remedies are unique and are offered to rejuvenate the body. Bach flower remedies include products that help in stress relief and give natural sleep aid as well. Moreover, you can also find different flavors of these remedies including the black currant flavor.

Flower remedies are natural and floods our being with positive flower qualities. They help in raising the vibrations of our outer and inner world, so we can return to our Sacred Space within. All living things – People, plants and pets – respond positively to Bach Flower remedies.

It’s time to say “Bye Bye” to stress and create your own Sacred Space.

Dr. Edward Bach was a British Physician, who began to see disease as an end product; a final stage; a physical manifestation of unhappiness, fear and worry.

He therefore, began to look to nature to find healing flowers.

Over a period of years Dr. Bach found 38 healing flowers and plants that with the right preparation became the 38 Bach Flower Remedies.

These Remedies are enough to remove all negative emotional problems.

The Bach Flower Remedies are a safe and natural method of healing.

They gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions, such as, fear, worry, hatred and indecision which interfere with the equilibrium of the being as a whole.

The Bach Flower Remedies allow peace and happiness to return to the sufferer so that the body is free to heal itself.

The Bach Flower Remedies are made 100% naturally from spring water infused with wild flowers, either by the sun-steeped method or by boiling.

The Remedies are hand produced exclusively in England.

The Remedies contain 27% grape based brandy as a preservative.

Children respond very well to the Bach Flower Remedies.

The Bach Flower Remedies are extremely helpful for all childhood emotions, such as, shyness, tantrums, fear, nightmares and low self-esteem.
