I was on a medication that was causing very high triglycerides but i didnt know that until after i got diagnosed with CP, mind you I drank quite a bit as well. Its been 3 months now and i was completely pain free untill i had a small relapse and boom! I got a flare that lasted about 6 hours and now 3 days later i have alot of discomfort. Im worried i might have really screwed myself here and wondering if this discomfort is gonna be forever now, would be greatly appreciated if anyone has any insight into this or better yet experienced the same thing,

Hi Rgee 👋 I just responded to your other comment on our weekly discussion. I hope you're feeling a bit better, and I hope some other members are able to share their own experiences with this. Discomfort is common in people with pancreatitis, but with proper management, many patients can limit this. If the discomfort doesn't go away in time, I would recommend following up with your healthcare provider. Wishing you well!
