Has anyone had this? I don't have any other symptoms of pancreatitis except for slightly raised amylase however I do also have acid reflux that's improving on PPIs.The mottling is mild and sometimes not visible but seems to have started at the same time I started with reflux.

I have the same mottled skin on my right abdomen. It runs from under my breast bone to around my belly button area. It’s almost a straight line. I’ve showed it to every Dr. Including a liver specialist.. no definite answer. My liver is fine but do have EPI and pancreatic stranding.. so I would assume that’s my iss.

Thanks, it turns out it was from overuse of a hot water bottle, you can get hot water bottle rash!
