Call 1-865-210-6228 for Nestle Patient Services. They are the manufacturers of Zenpep and can help you get your medicine.

If the Patient SErvices granny posted doesn't help, you can always ask for a comparable med from your dr. There are a half dozen different brands of enzymes. Perhaps your insurance will pay for a different one.

I've run into this over the years and if they won't accept Zenpep, then try "Pancrease" or "Creon." Or one of the others.

I wish you luck!

When I didn’t have insurance I was on Creon and my dr had my fill out paperwork through myabbVie and they supplied them for free.. it’s a prescription assistance program..

Check with the manufacturer of Zenpep to see if they have a patient assistance program.

I was denied the patient assistance from Abbvie because they said I had insurance. (Medicare) I ended up getting Creon from Canada. I get it from Canada Rx Connection. They are a verified pharmacy. I was hesitant at first but they are great. Just be prepared to have it take 4 weeks. You mail a check and when they receive it they air mail it. I get Creon. The Canadian formulary is different and the dosages might be different so you will have to work with your doctor to prescribe the correct dosage. Its still out of pocket money but better then getting them with medicare.
