Left sided pain

Been having left side abdominal pain for some time and I had a scan last year and I was told I have gall stones and the gp made an appointment for me to see a surgeon but the appointment was changed to a phone appointment due to covid 19.

The consuLtant Called and said it was unlikely to be gallstones as my pain was more on the left side and middle radiating to the back.

Last week I had more pain especially when I eat be i called the gp and she requested for me to do more bloods and a stool test.I had a stool test before and it tested negative for heliobacter pylori.

Sometime in December 2018 too I ended up in a and e on Christmas Eve with abdominal pain and a ct scan of the abdomen was done and I was told everything was fine.Pancreas , liver only fibroids that had shrunk were seen but I am so worried now.Then an urine test showed blood in my urine and I went on to have a flexible sig cytoscopy and all my kidneys and bladder was fine .

What could it be as going on google everything is pointing towards cancer.I am so scared as I am in my thirties with very young children and one disabled .

What else can I request to be done as the last scan that showed gallstones said all my organs were fine.

What can be causing this pain?

Demand a second opinion so many things have the same symptoms.but blood tests Endoscopy. And scans will out the truth ..I complained for 4 years .your a real person and need treating accordingly .Good luck God bless Poppy Storey

Thanks Poppy .Still nothing .pain is still off and on .I have demanded for a colonoscopy but GP said she will refer to a GI specialist and I should get the letter in 3 weeks so that’s what I am waiting for now .Thanks

Bloods came back fine liver pancreas thyroid lipase and she checked for diabetes too.All was fine

Hi Poppy hope you are well ,saw the gastro last week and he referred me for an endoscopy and a ct scan with contrast .CT is on the 3rd but still waiting for the endoscopy letter .I requested for a colonoscopy as well but he refused so hopefully the CT and endoscopy will show what the problem is .
