Hello there, I've been dealing with some extremely sharp pains under my right bottom lower rib on the front when it happens I can't lean because it is painful and I can't inhale because it feels like something it going to burst and it happens for like 40-50 seconds every now and again, does anyone know what this could be?

Cancer is quite common in my family and my granddad suffered from these types of pains before he got diagnosed so I'm kind of worried :S
