Very mixed, now that you ask,,!

I'm not sleeping well, waking up after a few hours with the jitters,--- I work out with a full body massage with the pistol massage gun for 20 minutes. ,which helps a bit, and then try out crosswords and sudoku if my concentration allows. Last night it didn't work ,so I went into the kitchen and made up my milky turmeric/cayenne/ honey/ cocoa hot drink which generally works well.

I put a few logs into the stove , and trundled back to the sofa I'm "sleeping " on. (I'm recovering from ankle fusion, have a heavy cast and can't ascend stairs easily.)

Then I snoozed for a while but it was cold, so got up and dressed and was taken to see my grandchildren ,who gleefully scribbled on my new cast.πŸ™„

It's night time here in Ireland and coming to the year end, so I'll be happy to kick the old one in the backside, and cuddle up to the new one with renewed hope and look forward to better health.

Thank you for asking.

Great to have a friendly ear.

Bless you !πŸ˜πŸ’šπŸ€
