DearBea61,

this could be few 'Things'. -a Blood Flow Problem. it could be Migraine or- if you are Really unlucky it could be Cluster Headache. Either way I would see a Doctor, if I were you, ASAP- Covid notwithstanding. (it could also be None of those, at all the, more reason to see an actual Doctor!)

Can you let us know, please Bea? Best wishes

Hi AndrewT, tried to get appt with my designated GP but have to ring back Again on Wed @0800 - am still feeling physically/emotionally drained from Friday's episode but head now feels normal. I've been able to book an eye test and ocular exam today so that relieves a bit of anxiety...thank you for your reply ...i don't really suffer from migraines but its now the second out of the blue (while at work) which turned i think into a full blown panic attack and not sure what the trigger was as was just having a happy normal convo with colleague and down i went...have had low and high blood pressure probs in the past but this is sooo scary and just can't face work at moment..Hope you have a good day..B

Dear Bea61,

When you 'phone back', your Doctors, you NEED to 'Lay It On Thick'... I know that this is probably NOT in your nature but..... A few Tears 'I'm Really Worried Doctor'- which isn't That far from the truth, after all.

I'm glad that you are feeling, a bit, better Bea (that's almost a Tongue Twister😊).

I know that I speak for us all, when I wish you all the Very Best.

Hi Bea61- it must have felt alarming this happening out of the blue. I totally agree with AndrewT that you should really lay it on the line with the GP. Unfortunately resources being what they are, unless you make a fuss you won't get the attention you need. If the Gp won't see you for a while, maybe there's a local walk-in clinic.

It could be a migraine, as unfortunately they can start at any age, ( mine really kicked off post menopause), but until you've been checked over by the doc, you can't know.

Best wishes, Bea.

Hi, have been unable to spk to GP as, the locum called me back twice yesterday and as soon as i spoke the call was disconnected and so i had to start the ringing process all over again and was told that as the locum had called me twice and i didn't answer (Grr) they remove your name off list....so Again this morning, rang and after an hour hanging on etc spoke to another receptionist who did in fact just call me back to say an Army Medic would be calling me this pm ...had no idea that the Army medics are taking calls but as i've had no sleep, feel sick and stomach/abdominal cramps all week...am feeling bit more positive..so cross everthing..🙏
