Achieving the pop

I’ve had the same condition for a few years now. I get a pain in the centre of my chest and tightness. When I stretch back and pop my chest the pain goes. On a few occasions I have not been able to get the pop and the pain continues until I achieve it. I find the best way to do this is sit down and lean forward to touch your toes and hold the position and repeat it a few times. Then stand up and try the pop again. If you still can’t achieve it I recommend sitting down curled up for 30 minutes then try again
