had it for years you can get light treatment at the hospital that helps I use Oilatum dovobet and various other creams and you can do the tar treatment at home but that`s a nightmare not unless your wearing old clothes as it can get messy.

Can I buy Oilatum dovobet over the counter or can I get it on prescription? What is the tar treatment you mention? Thanks again

yeah I think so the tar is just like black shoe polish you rub it over your skin leave it for an hour or two then wash it off.

We're you diagnosed by a dermotologist? Jyst wondering as I have been having issues with rashes. I know I have been diagnosed with skin cancer but the rashes have been bad.

Yes I was diagnosed by a Dermatologist. Thankfully the rash has cleared up. I think it was stress related. Take care. 😊
