Have a look at nhs sciatica exercises on the nhs. They help mobiles the trapped nerve. Do them on the bed 3 times a day

I do mine when I wake up

After lunch

Before bed

Will hurt but helps

Hello HopeFaith2816 I have suffered with my spine for years and ended up having an operation in 1990. However, about 8 years ago, I had a bit of a relapse and visited a massage therapist. Because I was in a lot of pain, (and I can't remember the full name of the procedure she gave me) it was something block but it worked. I still get twinges and gave to have pain killers, but what I would suggest you do is go see a chiropractor who will know about this block thing and if he felt it necessary he may give it you. Don't go to any back street merchant tho. I hope you get well soon. Kind regards.

Can you please fully describe the pain ? Where does it hurt the most? What does the pain feel like? Cutting? Burning? Tingling?
