Username is entirely your choice.

Password may have to be changed for security reasons

Did you try to log in on a new device?

This wouldn't remember your old security details and would ask you to re sign/ log in. You should have been able to use your old setup.

Or maybe not! 🤡

You didn't need to change yor name or password unless admin suggested it.

Hi why don't you contact HU and explain the situation? They should tell you why you had to change your name and maybe even help you get your old one back.

To do this look at the help option which comes under support), click on it and follow the instructions to send them an email. x

That happened to me somehow I deleted the old name so I put in a new name then I realize I had to get rid of the new name and re-enter the old name I hope this makes sense so what I did was reentered the new name and then after that was installed I deleted the new one. I hope this helps

I deleted my account a couple of months ago.i re joined in another name sent admin a pm and got my old account back in 24 hours.

I did the same. I used to be Hypercat (not 54) but deleted my account then came back with the 54 added. Because I was being trolled I changed my name but decided when the troll had gone that I wanted Hypercat back. I contacted HU and they sorted it. x

prolife567, please understand that no one in this chat room made you make changes to your user name, your profile, or your password. Please contact help unlocked as I fought very similar situations over the past two years. I'm sure it is a mix-up that can be fixed you just need to go to the right place to get it so. I had very wonderful luck working with a Maddie at healthunlocked. You might direct message her and see if she can assist you because she straighten out the mess that I had dealt with for the last two years which was similar to what you're dealing with. Once again please understand it was no one in this chat room that did this to you. It has to be the wonderful computer systems and their picky and temperamental fits that they often throw if we accidentally change things ever so slightly!
