Hi Kevdonn50 I am sorry to here that , my father takes either root ginger as a powder or fresh ginger cut up very small in a glass of warm water some times a tea spoon of honey & sometimes with a slice of lemon twice a day because of the anti-inflammatory properties .This has kept his knees from swelling up in the last two years , before that they used to be at least two times the size and very uncomfortable indeed , I hope this helps .

Hi, I have the same problem with osteoarthritis in my knee and neck areas. My knee just throbs and its hard to stay asleep at night. Im taking black cumin seed oil everyday, which helps some but doesnt take it away completely. I had a total knee replacemt on the other knee, but even after almost a year, that knee is still in pain in the tissue. Im glad you asked the question. Ill try the suggestions. Also, even though ibuprofen helps alot, at th3 same time it breaks down cartilage in the joints.Judy

Vitamin D3 is anti inflammatory and has helped turn around 3 of my family and friends knee problems, though not saying this will help everyone cos we are all different. 😀Also D3 helps arthritis and many other conditions too and keeps colds and flu at bay. D3 is Best taken with vitamin K2 and magnesium as they help each other.
