Looks like I'm in for another restless night, got severe pain in my ankles, knees and back and nothing I've taken for the pain h is helping, and it's not just the pain that's getting to me my joints feel like there on fire, think I might have to give up on the physio sessions I've been having as it seems to making everything a lot worse 😢
