Hey, for the past week I've been having a dull sort of headache mainly on the left section of my head, due to my anxiety levels I also think about it 90% of the day, my neck is a bit tender when I make certain movements aswell. I think the stress and over thinking is the main part in affecting me. It isn't painful but it's quite constant unless I'm busy. I've gone to the docs and he thinks it may be stress related and said come back if it continues, my guess is I've done something to my neck which is causing a dull pain in my head which is being made constant due to it constantly being on my mind. Anyone had a similar situation?
Cheers guys!!!

Hi sorry to hear this. Has your doctor done any tests to rule out or confirm what could be wrong? If not I would insist on them.
If there is nothing physically wrong then maybe it is stress? I know with this and with depression it can cause physical symptoms and severe headaches especially are very common.
I know this is worrying you but if you are spending so much time thinking about it then it may be causing even more symptoms. There are lots of different sites on here including depression/stress/anxiety ones so maybe it would help to post in one of those as well? x
Yeah it's so frustrating constantly thinking about it, my doctors checked my eyes etc and I've had blood tests and they came back fine. I've organise to start see a psychologist I'm just wondering whether I should go and see a Neurologist just to get to the bottom of it
We're the blood tests CRP and / or ESR? Has the pain gone now? Have you had any jaw pain also?
I am not medically qualified, but a relative had Temporal Arteritis which can effect the eyes if not treated. Sounds like your doctor has eliminated this though.
