Spinal fusion complications post op that required operation 10ish days later. IM still having issues and starting my medical board out of the navy. I know I still have a lot of issues to deal with and I know my body tends to get worse with stress. Do you know of any stress lowering techniques or advice that could help? I would greatly appreciate it!!!
