It could be the muscles in between your ribs or the joints where they connect to the breastbone. There is a condition called costochondritis where people can have chest pain caused by inflammation of the joints of the ribs, and sometimes people think the pain is coming from their hearts. If it is only when you are sneezing or breathing deeply then it is unlikely to be your heart.
