Suffering with tender soles, burning ankle pains, continuous cramp in leg muscles, and sore at back of knees. Specialist prescribed gabapentin, 300-400mg but side issues of balance & loss of energy, dozing off in evening, etc. Now on Alzain 100 m.g twice daily but still taking min. of 100 m.g because prefer to be fully awake & not taking so many tablets. Given Axsain cream for soles, which helps with walking. Physio also helped with walking, but n.h.s will not provide massage treatment. G.p not agreed to seeing specialist again, but feel they should continue to follow patients progress. Anybody had similar experiences ? Or medication ?

I JUST READ THIS AND I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUES! Suffering with tender soles, burning feet pains, sore legs, issues with balance, sore at the back of knees! I have so many issues but this is the first time anyone has expressed part of what I'm feeling. I see this was written five months ago. My family has been here more than usual which means I am trying to stand and do things which are really hurting my body. My back is burning, (spinal stenosis) (fibromyalgia) (severe osteroprosis). I really can't even remember what all. Oh, a bulging disc, what else. I feel like my foot has been twisted and all the parts hurt. I try to be in a decent mood but it's really hard when you really feel like just sitting in a warm Epsom salts bath. Sorry for going on but I know someone out there has the same issues.
