I take Zapain for pain associated with my spine. These are very strong painkillers and I find they are the only meds that give me some pain relief. They contain Codeine Phosphate/Paracetamol, However, I have started getting stomach pains and I need to find out which of my meds are causing this. I have no reason to think Zapain are causing the pain.

I used to be on Zapain which is a name for Co-Codamol 30 also used for migraines. I have now been moved up to Tramadol every 4 hours. I did find that Zapain/Co-Codamol did give me constipation which could be your tummy pain?

Zapain are another form of solphadol the name is different as they are made in different manufacturers. Firstly I would extremely advise not to take these unless the pain is unbearable as these are highly addictive. I was addicted to them and the withdrawal is horrible here's a list of withdrawel symptoms:

Restlessness

Aching in the bones esp the legs

Nausea

Insomnia

Loss of wanting to eat

Feeling depressed

Excessive sweating

Headaches
