Lack of melatonin in those areas - I have loads and they are more common in some racial groups than others. Could be that.

might be sebaceous cysts. Only way you are going to find out is to see a doctor. If your GP doesn't know, and they are really bothering you, ask to see a SKin specialist.

I have many moles both white and brown. They seem to come up more readily in places where I sweat a lot such as round the neck and under arms. I.ve only had them since my hysterectomy so I presumed they were hormonal in origin but I don't really know. I just live in spite of them! If you find out the cause do let me know.
