Hi my doctor has givin me Solpadol he says that is the best pain killer for the pagettes the pain never goes away and as its in my big toe I'm starting to find walking long distances so hard now 30mg/ 500mg is this the normal painkiller Cheers

Sounds a bit like Gout, one way to tell is to avoid high Purine food, the real name for gout is Gouty Arthritis.
