pains after chemo has finnished
Hi Carol
Sorry you're feeling pains. I don't know about this myself, but if you use the search box at the top right of the page and type in 'aches, pains, chemo' you will probably find something about what other women have been through. I hope you can find something that helps
All the best
Love Wendy xx
Dear Carol
There may be many reasons why you have niggling pain after the chemotherapy has finished and it may well be worth keeping a record of when they happen, where they occur, and how strong they are and then getting some advice from your GP.
I've certainly had niggling pain after a radical hysterectomy and I understand it's scar tissue and the internal repair process. I also get a niggling pain after exercise of any sort. At the moment no one seems to be bothered about this. Checking it out might well provide some sort of reassurance for you.

Thanks Annie I will. I have spoken to my Oncologist now and she is sending me to see another specialist. So thankyou very much. Carol xx
Thankyou for the information Wendy I will give it a go. xx
Hello carol.
It is common to feel pain after chemo. You have done the right thing speaking to your oncologist. <aybe like me your suffering from post treatment aches and pains I know some days i cant walk very far at all without getting pain. Even though they tell me that the chemo ive had doesnt effect people this way. I dont think they can actually say that as every body is different and react in different ways. Try and give your self time to recover. I hope all is well..
Lots of love
