I’ve got LGSOC and am wondering whether anyone with the same is currently involved in any clinical trials ? And what is being trialled and how you are finding it?
I’m curious as I’m thinking about asking my oncologist about offering myself to any emerging trials in the UK.
Thanks a million,
Melanie

RAMP 301 is a current trial for LGSOC (Avutometinib (VS-6766) + Defactinib (VS-6063) in Recurrent Low-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancerl. I've attached a link to find trials in the UK. You could also telephone Ovacomes helpline which is really useful and they can also provide information 0800 008 705413 alongside their Web page on trials and I've also attached the link for that. Many in the low grade community are on the RAMP 301 trial and it's been particularly helping those with a KRAS genomic mutation but also does help those with a different mutation. Many thanks, I really appreciate your reply and help, especially posting the links for me ( and anyone else who is interested). I’ll definitely use the links . I hadn’t realised there was information on the Ovacome site until now. X
You're very welcome. If you have LGSOC and haven't yet consulted with a low grade specialist consultant I'd also recommend that. For thr RAMP 301 trial it's Prof Susanna Banerjee at the Royal Marsden in London (private and NHS). Prof Charlie Gourley is excellent, pragmatic and is abreast of current and upcoming trials. Prof Gourley is based in Edinburgh (NHS) but does video consultations. For a consultation either your GP or hospital consultsnt would need to refer you (via his secretary). Ovacome also do a monthly rare cancers online forum so you will find others with shared experience of being 'rare'. Good luck.x
