I have been on Rucaparib for month I have had to reduce my pills to half I am experiencing itchy and prickly skin and my mouth and tongue are very sore. Has anyone else experienced this plus today my 125 has elevated from 28 to 42 so bit fed up really

Morning 👋, I haven't had this but I get an itch inside my throat. Have you tried antihistamine? It helps and it also helps with joint pains, I take it everyday now, maybe this irritation has caused your ca125 to increase too. Ring your Nurse and get advice and try the antihistamines. Big hug x

Thanks for replying yes I am taking Benadryl it does help I did wonder if it was affecting my 125 numbers I only finished chemo on 8th January you just live by these 125 numbers it is probably not a good idea

I had a similar reaction, to immunotherapy. I was so itchy. My oncologist put me on a low-dose of Lyrica and that seem to help a lot. I’m allergic to Benadryl.
