Dear All

Every two years, Ovacome asks you for feedback about our services and what you would like to see from us. We do this through a consultation. The feedback we receive from the consultation informs our decisions about the support services and information resources we provide.

Ovacome is a member-led organisation, so what we do is driven by what our members tell us they want and need. However, you do not need to be a member of Ovacome to fill out the consultation as we also ask those who have supported the charity and those who have used our services. Your views really do make a difference to our work.

If you would prefer it in print form, or would like to complete it over the phone please call 0207 299 6654 (Monday - Friday 10am-5pm) or email ovacome@ovacome.org.uk and one of the team will be very happy to help you. We can also book in a phone or video call with you to fill it out, if that is preferable for you. We can provide interpreters if English is not your preferred language, or if you use British Sign Language.

The consultation should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. To say thank you for your time, on completion of the consultation you will be offered the chance to enter a draw to win one of five LoveToShop £20 vouchers.

You should only fill out the consultation once, if we contact you repeatedly and you have already completed it then please accept our thanks and there is no need for you to do it multiple times.
