Good morning all,
You are warmly invited to join Ovacome and Black Train Music for a session of Alpha Music for relaxation.
Alpha Music is using music to encourage a relaxed state of mind - inducing alpha waves in the brain which have a calming or relaxing effect on us.
During the sessions, Kris from Black Train Music will play live music (on the piano) and talk you through ways of getting the best out of the listening experience. The sessions are interactive, encouraging you to share your response to the music and experience of sharing in the music together. You can participate as much or as little as you like.
We will be running 4 sessions of Alpha Music:
Tuesday 14 November
Tuesday 28 November
Tuesday 16 January
Tuesday 30 January
You are now able to sign up for the first session on Tuesday 14 November from 2:00-3:00pm. Please note that you do not have to commit to all of the session dates as each runs individually.
