Has anyone heard of this company and the trials they have held for stage 4 platinum resistant Ovarian cancer

When I looked them up it seemed promising but could not see what the qualifications were or if any of their trials were open and where they were conducted

As far as I can see this trial is US and France only and ends this November 23. Zentalis address is on their website, so could be worth contacting them?

I knew someone who contacted another drug company and they really engaged with her, they seemed to like talking to an actual patient! x

Thank you so much Itha, unfortunately I am not Fra positive only 35 % or any other mutation. It is so frustrating, seems I have the most efficient cancer never have been in remission except once in the beginning for 5 months in 2020. Since then on some form of chemo or immunotherapy. Now on Abraxane which is holding it steady but fear it will overcome that too! I certainly wish I could put my story out there to ANY researcher some type of hope ................ I am still here fighting and look at each day as a blessing thank goodness for this site and all the ladies like Soyoon and yourself who are so knowledgable and are willing to share that knowledge.

thank you

They published Ph1b results, so I presume

They are planning Ph2/3. On their website ‘pipeline’ leads you to their own P1b trial data. One of their data shows that wee1, their target, expression goes up with platinum resistance, so my guess is to test for wee1 keleks.

Thank you soyoon I am going to research what a wee1 expression and kinase so I can at least sound like I know a little bit more!

Thank you for your continued assistance and amazing knowledge on this terrible cancer and I would hope the researchers would certainly go to you for any kind of questions on this disease!

wee1 expression not kernels. Wee1 is a kinase that blocks cell cycle, so it’s inhibitor will control certain aspects of cell cycle progression
