Congratulations!
My journey was nowhere near as challenging but I recently celebrated 35 years free from ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma. So, so grateful to be in my 70th year especially after being given 50/50.
Keep on being an inspiration.x

35 years and good news makes you an inspiration. I hope you have many more inspirational years.
That is wonderful news. Long may it last. xx
Thank you for posting. I really needed to read this, check up next month at the Royal Marsden and I’m anxious . Diagnosed with borderline mucinous ovarian tumour stage 1 C December 2019. The fear of recurrence is always there but your post has lifted my spirits. Woke up with it on my mind and felt a little down then saw your post, so thank you.
Hi, Yes, I remember how anxiety inducing check ups were, as were any unusual aches and pains. But as time goes on I hope, like me, you will start to believe that with our particular sub type, it's not going to return. I wish from this vantage point I could tell my 34 year old self, 'Stop worrying, you've got years and years left!' But of course, it's a serious disease but I sincerely wish, that like it was for me, all will be fine for you too. Hope all goes we with your check up.x
Fantastic to hear! Thanks for sharing and being an inspiration.
Thank you for posting, I am only 5 months from my debulking surgery for mucinous adenocarcinoma ovary and with the lack of benefit from chemo my oncologist and I chose not to have adjuvant chemo so hearing your news encourages me that there is light at the end of the tunnel for those of us just starting the journey through the follow up surveillance blood tests and clinic reviews.
