Sorry for title - have brain fog. Cannot articulate.

The other day we heard there were a couple of easy tests we could do to work out whether we had the beginning of dementia. But we can't remember what the tests were!

Unsubscribe that's the word.

My sister has inadvertently signed me up to another HealthUnlocked site - for cardiac patients - and I cannot see a way to unsubscribe. Anybody know?

Cheers

CAG

Hi there candyapplegrey

Thank you for your message. I hope the below steps will be helpful for unsubscribing to the group you mentioned you would like to leave:

1. Click on 'My Hub' at the top of the page. This is an icon with 9 dots on it next to 'My feed'.

2. You should then be able to see all the 'Communities' that you are currently subscribed to.

3. Click on the group you would like to unsubscribe from.

4. On the right hand side of the title of the community, you should see a 'tick' icon next to the 'Write' button. If you press the tick then this gives you the option to leave the community.

I hope this is useful. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything further we might be able to help with.

Best wishes

Dear Candy

Thank you so much for asking this question. I had accidentally subscribed to a Leukaemia group and couldn’t work out how to unsubscribe. Now I’ve done it !

Big thanks also to Annie for giving clear instructions on how to do it.

Best wishes for your onward journey x
