Id noticed a few small darker patches on my face but just been to the dentist and she has noticed pigmentation on my gums, could this be due to Niraparib too. Dentists doesnt know what it is otherwise

Maybe, but ask your oncology team about it. I noticed more dark spots and patches on my skin, but as far as I know, there was nothing like that in my mouth.
I would be willing to bet that it is the niraparib, but of course you will want to check with your onc.
Hi. I am on Olaparib and have developed malasma on my face and knuckles. It has affected my tongue which has large darkened areas. Checked with my Onc and she said this is likely to be the side effect of the medication.
