Hi All, I’ve posted before re my gout and thought you might like to know that, through the MycancerMychoices programme I’ve been having reflexology every two weeks. It’s something I never thought I’d want to try, I don’t like feet! But it’s AMAZING, the whole process is so relaxing and therapeutic, really seems to be helping the gout related soreness and aching and is keeping me off any more medication at the moment! I thought I’d mention it as, though no one else seems to have gout, I know lots of you have achy joint stuff going on. The six sessions you get are free, they ask for a donation after the first two, but there is no pressure at all to donate if you aren’t able to.

I’m so glad that you found something that gives you relief! I don’t know anything about reflexology, but I will look into it. I definitely struggle with achey joints, and I can’t take NSAIDS, which is what helps the most.
