Hi everyone

We have been asked by researchers at Cardiff University for your assistance with the following study, this is what they have said:

"Ovarian cancer can affect the lives of partners and family members, but this important impact is often ignored. Researchers at Cardiff University have created a simple questionnaire to measure this impact. They need your help to test this questionnaire before it can be used routinely. The researchers invite people affected by ovarian cancer and their partners or other family members (aged at least 18 years) to complete this 5-minute survey:

Please note, this survey does need the person diagnosed and the family member to complete it at the same time.

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to this message and I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues completing the survey. When you clicked on the link, did it take you to the survey? If not, here is the link again: cardiff.onlinesurveys.ac.uk...

When you click on it, a 'Redirect Notice' may come up from HealthUnlocked. Underneath the phrase 'It looks like you clicked' there will be a link to the survey in blue. If you click on that it should take you to the survey.

I hope that helps. Please do let me know if that doesn't solve the issue or if the issue was with the survey itself.
