Hi megb246 thank you for your reply I tried taking it this morning as I missed my does last night and my feet and legs felt a bit better but now it's come back and my back is very tight, and hurts when I cough, I will try speak to my Oncologist tomorrow about it.

I’ve been on Niraparib 300mg daily for about a year now. I do get a very mild tingling in my toes but I take so much medication I don’t know if it’s attributed to Niraparib or something else. My mouth is slightly dry but I do find the skin on my face quite dry and my lips are permanently dry, I am forever applying lip balms, probably at least 10 times a day.

Sorry I haven't been on this drug but dry mouth very common. Get doc to give you a script for mouth spray to keep it from drying as its not good for it to be dry. Tingling may be neuropathy I use glutamine powder and phosphorus grains from boiron homeopathic plus acupuncture. No taste may go away I was on avastin and the first time no appetite no taste but they came back. Take care hugs from france

Thank you for your comments I now have some gell and spray for my mouth which I shall try today I am talking to the oncologist today so hopefully have a answer to the tingling feet and legs.

Hi, I started on 200 mgs. of niraparib, but my bloods crashed. I needed a blood transfusion. They reduced my dose to 100 mgs., but now my liver enzymes are too high. I stopped now for a week and will have blood test again this week. I developed neuropathy in my feet when I was on chemo. I still have it, because I’ve continued with niraparib. I don’t know if it will ever go away, because the nerves heal very slowly, especially in the feet. Sadly, these things can happen when taking these drugs. Hope you feel better in time, Donna xx
