I have been bloated for two weeks. Bloods show a reading of 10. Any tips on any other symptoms?

I had nausea, fatigue, was unable to eat as much before becoming full, bloating and needing to pee more often, I had other things going in addition to and as a result of the cancer.
Not everybody has the same symptoms as we’re all very different.
