Thank you everyone for your messages of support - as you can see I made it to the top of the trail. It was just lovely to have a break with hubby and complete a few walks on our "to do list".
Best wishes Dawn xx

Wow! That's the best therapy!
Absolutely - lifts the spirits no end! The birds and wildlife were amazing and the cycles of nature keep turning.
I am convinced this is just as good for cancer-bashing as the drugs are.
We certainly have to get our heads in the right space to keep taking these punishing regimes - being in nature helps me to do that.
Well done Dawn. Lovely picture 🍾
Wow, that looks totally magical, well done making the climb!😊🧗♀️Xx
Wow impressive! !!

Wow! How amazing. Xx
Great photo, you look overjoyed. It's so good for the spirit to be outdoors.
Absolutely!
Fantastic, what a lovely photo. Shame you have to brave the Aussie winter though, ha ha.
Yes it was a bit chilly on top WoodyB - but beautiful sunny days of around 20 degrees C but with frost at night. Beanies and mittens required.
Same time of year I did it, then.... 36/37 years ago. Beautiful and so pleased you did it!
Fantastic and well done you xxx

HI Dawn, Great photo, and I hope you have many more adventurers .

Fabulous. Well done. I love the Aussie bush. I went to the Warrumbungles 34 years ago when I came to live in Sydney Australia from London. A great achievement for you and what a warm Winter we've had, apart from nights. Hate to say it, but really need some rain, but UK also been hot and dry. Oh, I'm still so English talking about the weather! LOL.
Just brilliant!!!! Love this post! Xxx❤️
Well done. Brilliant photo. Very therapeutic for you. X
