“Lymphvascular invasion present” If any body has this in her pathology report?

Hello,

Hope all is doing well. My mom had a surgery last week and in the pathology report I saw the above sentence. We have not seen the oncologist yet to ask my question, but According to google, I find that the evidence of lymphvascular invasion increase the risk of recurrence and survival. However, I did not find alot relating to the overian cancer. I really appreciate if anyone share/explain me her case if she has in her report.

Hello sara.... no one seems to know and I noticed you had no replies so just wanted to send some positive thoughts to you. It seems to me that recurrence and survival are also a bit random...so I wouldn’t get too hung up on this. But do ask the Onc to explain what it is and what they intend to do about it..take care xx
