Hi Ladies, Anyone out there using CBD oil? If so do you know a good brand?

I notice they sell it at Holland and Barrett and also at local health food shop -there are several strengths including the most pokey which was £60 for a small vial. I didn’t buy any..not convinced x

I’ve just started using the one from Holland and Barrett. Can’t say it’s made me feel any different yet as it’s too soon. It tastes awful but I drink some juice straight after just to take the taste out of my mouth. It is on offer at the moment as well £9 instead of £19. Give it a try. Tbh JC from what I’ve read do not buy the Holland and Barrett version as it’s very weak and hemp oil. If you are interested there are Facebook groups you can join they’ll give you more (better) info on CBD xxx

The Hemp Wellness Centre. Super chap that had a brain tumour runs it. Full of advice and has experienced cancer and chemo etc himself. He can advise you as he knows what he is talking about and has been doing it for years to cure himself.

Super shop and online shop to deal with. He will speak to you for ages on the phone first if you need help.

Careful. Do your research, there is a difference between pure CBD oil derived from the flower and Hemp oil from sticks and seeds
