Hello, I'm sorry you've not had any replies yet to your question. I did not have this description on my report. I can only guess that it means your left ovary is larger in volume than your right, but what could be the cause or the meaning, I do not know. Can you ask your GP / Primary Care Practitioner to explain?
You need to ask your doctor or specialist to explain, in fact to go through your whole report with you.
